Single-channel ESC for heavy-lift multirotor and fixed-wing platforms powered by high-cell-count setups. The ESC operates within a 6–12S range with a continuous current of 120 A and a burst peak of 140 A (up to 30 s). The power stage features 6 MOSFETs per phase (3 parallel in each arm) with an RDS(on) of 0.80 mΩ per switch, yielding an effective ≈0.27 mΩ per arm and ultra-low conduction losses under load. An 8-layer PCB with 3 oz copper and an operating temperature range of −40 to +105 °C are designed for serial repeatability and harsh operating conditions. Power delivery is managed by the AT32F421 MCU (Cortex-M4, 120 MHz) running open-source AM32 firmware, supporting DShot and bidirectional DShot (RPM telemetry). The built-in current sensor (50 mV/A) delivers accurate telemetry of voltage, current, temperature, and RPM to the flight controller.
