 We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. In our opinion, the protection of information about our website users is of paramount importance, therefore we make every effort to ensure that you feel safe providing your data when using our websites. This Privacy Policy discloses the rules and purpose, the procedure for processing personal data, the rights of personal data owners and our obligations as a data controller. 

Below are some of the terms used in this Privacy Policy: 

Owner of personal data – an individual or legal entity that determines the purpose of processing personal data, establishes the composition of these data and the procedures for their processing, unless otherwise specified by the legislation of Ukraine; 

Consent of the personal data subject – any voluntary expression of will by an individual to grant permission for the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing; 

Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions performed in whole or in part in an information (automated) system and/or in personal data filing systems, which are related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of information about an individual; 

Personal data – information or a set of information about an identified or specifically identifiable natural person; 

Personal data database administrator – an individual or legal entity who is granted the right to process this data by the owner of the personal data database or by the legislation of Ukraine; Personal data subject is an individual whose personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Rights of personal data subjects.

The personal non-property rights to personal data that every individual has are inalienable and inviolable. 

The subject of personal data has the right: 

1. to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law; 

2. receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred; 

3. to access your personal data; 

4. receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data; 

5. submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;

6. submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data to any controller or processor of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

7. to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

8. submit complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner or to the court;

9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;

10. make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;

11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data; 13. to be protected against automated decision-making which produces legal consequences for him/her.

The Company processes and uses personal data of Site Users for the following purposes: 

• establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests related to the use of the website, processing requests, applications from the User; 

• marketing purposes; 

• for the development of new sites and services; 

• providing, maintaining and improving the Site;

We take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and secure storage of your Personal Data. The Company will retain and use the information for as long as necessary to provide quality services and for as long as such use is deemed appropriate by the Company. 

 Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016. In order to ensure the full protection of Users' personal data in Ukraine, this Privacy Policy has been developed taking into account the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine, in particular: the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the Law of Ukraine "On Information" and other regulatory legal acts. We process your personal data only with your consent. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and does not monitor its relevance.
